Sweet Sam

Well, as you can tell, I took some pictures of Sam yesterday and thought I'd share a few. After the first couple he started to get a little grumpy because, just like Toby and Remy, he doesn't like to have his picture taken. I ignored his grumpiness and kept taking pictures until, disgusted, he got up and went to get a snack. ;)

He likes to glare at the camera, can you tell? ;)

I Did It... Again

Yes, I changed my blog.. again. I don't know, I just can't seem to find a look I like. I loved the background I had last, but I was so tired of the header. Then I found this pretty Thomas Kinkade painting and Lindsay said she'd make it my new header if I wanted. How could I resist? So, since the header didn't look that great with my old background, I had to get another one and wha-la!

Don't worry about my changing it any time soon. Since my sister spent so much time getting everything up, I promised her I would keep it until I change in the fall for my fall/Thanksgiving look. ;) Besides, I'm really loving it. It'll be no problem keeping it that long!

Cheery Cherries

Okay, before you get to the bottom of this post and are wondering why I took so many pictures of cherries, I'll name a few reasons :

1. They are bright and cheerful

2. They're one of my fave fruits

3. Red is one of my fave colors!

Whoever doesn't like cherries is kind of nutty! lol, jk ;)

Look What I Just Finished!!

Well, not just finished. ;) I started this 1,000 piece Thomas Kinkade puzzle last Friday and finished it this morning. I had so much fun doing it, and then, once I got finished, couldn't just take it apart without getting a picture (or two ;). I mean, really, after all that hard work I had to get some pictures!

Pictures, Pictures, Pictures Galore!!

Well, lately I've been taking a lot of pictures using my new rechargeable batteries, Yep, my new rechargeable batteries! :) They are so nice! I decided I'd share a few of my (sometimes random) pictures! :D I know the lines aren't perfect, but who cares? Really, they're good enough. I laugh because stuff like that would drive my sister CRAZY and she could not post something if the lines weren't "right". That's why I go to her when I can't get the lines in my posts spaced out well. ;) But, she's still in bed, so I will triumphantly declare that (this morning) I really don't care about them!! Ha!

Fun Watching the Bee

Yesterday I watched the 2010 Scripps National Spelling Bee. I always look forward to it because it's just so much fun to watch! Everyone I wanted to win, though, got out before the finals. Darn!

In the end Anamika Veeramani won. I was glad that a girl won, even if it wasn't one I had originally picked. ;) She wasn't screaming like some of the others, but you could tell she was very happy.

The only thing I don't like about watching it, is the hosts. They talk and talk and talk and talk and just will not be quiet for more than a minute!! It drives me crazy, especially when they talked over the spellers or Doctor Bailey. It. Is. Annoying.

But, overall, I love watching it and so enjoyed it!

Pictures of the foxes

Here are some pictures I took of the foxes a few days ago. They aren't that great because I had to zoom in all I could and it was sunny in some areas of the yard and shady in others.

It turns out they were thirsty and came out to get a drink when the sprinklers came on. We're thinking they're mother was probably killed or something because she's not around. We're feeding them dry cat food and giving them water until they're old enough to go off and fend for themselves. And YES- we're only feeding them until they're big enough to leave.

I haven't seen them since that morning (when I took the pictures). They've been staying under the shed during the day and coming out when it gets dark, so I won't be able to get anymore pictures. :( I'm glad I was able to get those, though! :) It's certainly not everyday you get to take pictures of baby foxes who live in your backyard.
