I wasn't doing very well at first, but after awhile I got the hang of it again and could shoot from one end of the yard to the other end and, usually, hit the target! That was, of course, an accomplishment.
Y'all are probably wondering what I was shooting at! Well, it was a beaten up box that Pop let us use. We thought that it was the perfect target and put a lot of holes in it!
Once out there, you lose track of time and when I came in I found out that I had been outside for two and a half hours! Yeah, it's that fun! But my hands could tell that I had been out for that long and are now are paying the price with a few blisters. Oh well, it was fun, and it's a good way to spend time with my little brother. I think he enjoys it almost as much as I do! :)

When I went to summer camp a few years ago I took archery and got pretty good at it. The best part, though, was getting to knock the inch-thick wall of daddy-long-legs off the ceiling of the shed! :P haha

The only thing I've ever done that was close to archery, was at a lake house that we went to, and I was aiming at a can... It was pretty fun, actually!
